Plywood is made by shaving thin strips or plys of veneer from logs. After the veneer has been dried and graded, thin wood layers which are placed upright with each other WBP(weather and boil proof ) adhesive is applied to. At the end of pressing process we have been produced wooden panel. Film plys that have 120 gr/m2 density is applied to panel in suitable heat and pressure. Lastly, after the dimension process, epoxy paint is applied to edge and it is ready to sale.

Application Methods
- Plywoods must be stored on dry and balanced wedges.
- Corners and surfaces must be protected from strokes while using and carrying.
- To protect the film layer,twist drill must be used while making the hole in plywood panel.
- The cutting machine must have high revolution and the saw must have thick-thoothed when Plywoods cutting.
- When you cut playwood, you must paint cutted edges with acrylic and epoxy based paint in two ways, up-down and left-right to protect from humidity.
- To increase the quality of mold, you must use suitable mold oil in film surface. Other oils like fuel oil and burned oil may damage the film surface.
- Please care to use mold oil for each usage.
- While using time, nails must be pulled up sensitively and used as few as possible.
- Plywoods must not hold under sunshine for long time.
